"Just a little over 40 years ago, we moved from New York to Arizona in search of new opportunities. This chapter of my life is likely where my affinity for turquoise and silver began. Over the course of the past 40 years, I have always been fortunate to have this east-west connection, albeit in various forms. By trade, I am a builder and have been "creating" since I was about 13 years old. As I think about this more- style, art, design, aesthetic- these are all elements I have been immersed in, in various forms, throughout my life. Designing buildings, interiors, studying architecture, designing furniture, spaces, drawing, colors, textures- all wonderful elements of "creating".
About 3 years ago, while out in one of my hometowns in Arizona, I picked up some natural turquoise stone, a few findings and I made a necklace. I smile as I look at that necklace now- it is a little rough around the edges- but as I have learned, there is something, somewhere, someone can and does appreciate about a piece. As I have learned and gained experience from some of the most generous designers, explorers, travelers, and industry mavens, our pieces have come along for the progressive ride. We hope you love our jewelry, our perspective, our design and very simply that you "wear it well".
